Order Pick Up's
60 days pick up policy
If in 60 days your package has not been picked up from the bin, it will be removed and put back in our inventory with no refund to the original customer. At least one reminder will be given to the customer prior to removing the item. If within the 60-day time period the customer would like the package shipped instead, a $7 shipping cost will be charged to customer, and the package will be mailed within 7-10 days.
Return Policy
28 Day Exchanges
Each item that we sell is one-of-one, and a unique item to the shop. Because of this, it is difficult to process returns and restock items once they are purchased. However, I want you to be at ease when you purchase, and be satisfied with each purchase you make.
we are happy to offer full value exchanges for store credit for items returned within a 30-day window from the date of purchase. To start a return, please email me at amy@shopoutdoorthrift.com
please read the full description of the item before purchasing. We try to be as transparent as possible with quality, color, and sizing. The customer can make an appointment to shop in-person if needing to try on the item before purchasing.
